count.cgi Purpose.

count.cgi's Purpose:

This count.cgi WEB tiny tool has been made available to have a commun and simple WEB counter program which fulfill basic HTML design rules (Any Image <IMG> tag MUST be provided with ALT, WIDTH and HEIGHT attributes) with some counter administration features (reset or init counter value) to ease and provide specific user's needs (such as to not count WEB page owner's hits, to provide list of WEB page using that counter, etc.).
